"This particular location seriously needs an in service, inspection, & re-training vs new employees! Every time upon ordering for delivery the same employee always states there is no one available until after 4pm. He can be rude, has an attitude, and has poor customer service skills."

"I think they are just trying to save money on cheese and everytime they give just the crust without any cheese. If you tell the problem to the manager, he says “next time don’t buy it”. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but I think everyone needs to know. Picture attached."

"I think a lot of the reviewers are already depicting the poor operational and careless standard at this location. My experience was not much different. There were barely any pineapples and vegetables as part of the toppings. Mine was a carry out user l order, so I popped up the cover in the store to find that it had only a single pepperoncini and garlic butter container for a large pizza order. Why would you do that? If I did not check it in the store, I'd be sorely disappointed by the time I got home with the food. After asking for more pepperoncini, I did not have the heart to ask for another garlic sauce container. At some level, this was just poor work conscientiousness. The pizza otherwise was good."

"Let's play spot the pineapple, and spot the mushroom. My order was a pizza with pineapple, normal. The second pizza was a large pizza with double mushroom and green peppers. What is the point of ordering double toppings when you only get a sprinkle anyway? And no, they weren't "under the cheese." I wasted one of the toppings in my order because double mushroom is apparently the same as normal mushroom. I may as well pick three different toppings so I at least know I'm getting all three. But judging from the pathetic amount of pineapple on my other pizza, maybe not. I love this location, even though they won't deliver to me because I'm two minutes outside of their delivery radius, and they've never really let me down until now or I'd be rating lower. If this is normal, and I'm just overreacting, then disregard this review. But it's super disappointing to drive 17 minutes out to this place, only to get home and find the bare minimum. The pizza is always good, the amount of cheese is fine, no issues with the sauce, but this was so disappointing I had to say something. At least it's not as bad as the other Papa John's I reviewed when I lived in Ohio...they really screwed me over. It was just bread with sauce. I posted my review with pictures and a week later their quality improved tenfold. I genuinely hope this helps course correct this location. We really love your pizza and we make the extra drive just for you guys, so no hard feelings are intended."
