"Went to pick up my online order, was told it was ready, but had to wait as items weren't prepared. Short on quantity for one item, and the night shift worker seemed unhelpful, so I decided to cancel the entire order. The AutoZone worker, a tall, skinny Jamaican man possibly with glasses, had a rude and unwilling attitude. He was partnered with a Jamaican lady who wasn't as bad."

"Very nice, helpful people at this location. Adequate parking area out front. Young guy at the counter was very helpful, looking up my item and telling me exactly where and how to find it. Store is very clean and well organized. Shelves are nicely stocked. Clean floor, well lighted. People working there are always willing to come out to your car and install wipers or batteries or check your computer to diagnose problems. It’s a nice place to do business."
