Excellent service, whether it its from the sales people, managers, the office staff or the drivers, I honestly cannot ask for better service. The parts are always right the first time, unlike their competition, and if the part does happen to fail even after the warranty expires the work with you to ensure peace of mind and in this business that means a lot !!!!! Definitely 100 % satisfied customer here , I highly recommend this company !!! UPDATE !!! SINCE BEING BOUGHT OUT BY PARTS AUTHORITY IN JULY THIS COMPANY HAS HAD A TURN FOR THE WORSE. PARTS ARE ALWAYS WRONG AND DELIVERY STINKS, PARTS AUTHORITY IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. THEY WENT FROM BEING THE FIRST STORE I CALL TO THE LAST. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. They won’t even warranty parts that are still under warranty. Garbage company, I wish I could give them a zero"

"Absolute worst customer service ever. The man at the desk was on the phone for over 10 minutes and never once acknowledged my existence. Then when he finished, he looked an me and said "yeah?". So as I began stating what I was looking for, his cell phone rang. He then proceeded to pick it up and continued to ignore me. Ridiculous. I'll never go there again"
