"I am Super disappointed , I got a bowl from here and it was not cook the associate on the picture tell me what do I want ... ( A cook food for God Sake ....) finally she reorder the bowl so rude tell me u most trash. They are not good."

"I went in tonight with my daughter who absolutely loves the Mac and Cheese. One of the nicest and cleanest I have been too. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Meygan was awesome! She came and cleaned the table up for my daughter and I even thought I insisted that she did not have too. She was very sweet and provided excellent service to myself as well as others around me. She deserve so much recognition as well as the whole staff. I’ve been to plenty of locations but this by far is the best. Thank you for an outstanding experience"

"It'd be nice if they told you what the charge would be before they upgraded your order past the value duet. An 8 dollar meal turned into a 15 dollar meal because of stupidity. Horrible customer service. Edit; after getting the order the "bowl of soup" has as much soup a cup of soup. Ridiculous"

"Absolute worst panera in the area. Takes them 25+ minutes to make an order of 3 things with only one order ahead of me. Had to come back as the soup was shoved in the bag incorrectly and spilled all over everything. They took another 20 minutes to remake the order. Zero sense of urgency. The manager who helped me was at least nice & comped the items that needed to be replaced but wow, a little more than I had anticipated for a rainy Sunday trying to enjoy lunch."

"Located in the Clark Commons off of Raritan Road, this was my first time back in 2 years, and it appeared to be clean early this morning for takeout. Besides indoor dining, whose main room is designed in earthy tones with comfortable seating, this Panera Bread Cafe# 601755 also has several tables for outdoor dining, which I don't see at most locations. Upon entering, there were several self-service kiosks for a speedy ordering process or counter service. Greeted by the staff, I ordered my go-to Asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese for breakfast. The bagel was deliciously tasty with the warm cheese. Staff was friendly, service was quick, and the price was pretty standard, which I can recommend."
