"I was in town for a week to handle some personal business. These guys gave me comfort throughout the week. Lisa , Max , R, John, and many of the other workers were nice and so encouraging for me. Whenever I visit next time this will be my first go to place. Thank you again. I wish I could have met the owner. This place was a blessing to me."

"Updated with response: yes, my dog did bark but not at people. I’m not sure what you’re talking about. You were rude before that occurred. Plus I’ve seen lots of overreactive dogs in your shop. There are always tons of dogs there all the time! In addition, I did return a few weeks later and the cashier was extremely rude to me. I’ve never received service like that before, even in New York. I am also a regular customer of your shop for over a year, always tipping the employees. Owner was very rude. Didn’t listen to my order, gave me the wrong thing, and was snarky. The quality of the matcha is also extremely chalky. Space extremely tiny and hard to navigate. Overall an abysmal and claustrophobic experience."
