"My son and I went to drive thru, my son ordered after pulling away, I had no idea they sold brownies, when we pulled up to pay we asked if the two brownies can be added. The lady asked (how I wish I had taken her name) oh you would have to drive back to the intercom & place a new order (weird). Fine, we drove back around just so she can tell us that they ran out of brownies. She couldn't tell us that before. I mean seriously!!!!"

"Stopped in on a Monday evening around 6:15pm. 1-2 cars in the drive thru when we came in and no one in line. There were 3 people sitting in the dining area, 1 guy came in after us in the 20 minutes we we're there. Every single table was dirty with spilled coffee and crumbs (No exaggeration). Several napkins on the floor and empty coffee cups laying around with trash cans overflowing. 2 baristas working but didn't seem to care how the place looked... Good coffee?"
