"Had awful experiences at this location with a rude and impatient staff. They consistently make errors in coffee orders. This morning, I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk, but it was made with regular milk. Despite driving back to buy another, the staff was unhelpful and had an attitude while I was giving the new order. When I requested her to discard the incorrect coffee, she rudely stated they don't accept anything and banged the window in my face. Not to mention, there's no trash can in sight. Save your time and money – this place is not worth it, as they'll ruin your day with their attitude and provide subpar coffee. If possible, I'd give this place negative stars."

"Absolute worst location. Not only are the workers here incredibly rude and short with you, but they refuse to see if they have product on hand. I asked for a bottled juice, and I was responded with "we don't carry that" when I've bought it at this location as recently as 4 days ago. I asked for her to check as I've gotten it here before and then she changed it to "oh we don't have it today" but didn't even check. I couldn't even ask at the window when I pulled up bc the employee was so new."
