"My friend and I decided to check out this new coffee shop in Fort Lee yesterday around 4 pm. Unfortunately, the person preparing our coffee seemed inexperienced. As we came in, he didn't acknowledge us as he seemed busy doing the Harvest special they're offering so we decided to give him time and sit before we order to let him finish. 20 minutes had passed he still didn't acknowledge us so we decided to approach him and say if we can order. Surprisingly, it took an additional 15 minutes to receive our coffee. As he appeared occupied with other orders, we noticed that customers who ordered after us received their items while we still waited. Thinking he might have forgotten our order, we asked about our order, rather than offering an apology, he responded bluntly with, "I'm doing it right now." The lack of apology and poor customer service from the person in charge was disappointing. Despite this, we believe the shop has potential, and we hope the owner addresses these issues for a better experience in the future."

"This used to be a Korean fried hotdog establishment, and now a trendy cafe opened up. I came in over the weekend to pick up a latte for my husband. There are 4 shots of expresso in their large and 2 shots in the regular sz. Good service, and coffee was pretty good according to my husband. The large coffee came out to about $7ish + 15% tip came out just over $9."
