"Great coffee, friendly staff, but too many squatters. Too many tables occupied by folks with empty or no coffee cups. The staff should ask people to leave when they finish their coffee."

"Nasty staff member who got angry when I asked her to wipe down a dirty table, as she was holding a RAG in her hand! Unnecessarily rude. Better coffee elsewhere. Also, don’t get black cherry espresso unless you are looking for a castor oil replacement."

"You know, I'm curious about new flavors. I tried this latte with oat at the branch in UWS. Fig and balsamic! Frankly, it was delicious. But the employees were acting a little sloppy. He put the cup very hard, there was no latte art anyway. Overall, the coffee was nice, the staff could be more polite."

"My latte is absolutely delicious and the outdoor seating options are a nice touch. But for $6.25 the amount of coffee I got is pretty tiny, and while there were three people working the location, only one person was making coffee, while one took a break and another cleaned display cases, leaving a loooong wait for my little latte."

"Lavender Earl Grey latte was… quite odd experience. It just felt like someone decided to put everything that s/he likes and hoped that all together works out, but it just did not as different tastes didn’t get along well. Although that menu was 2 out of 5, giving rating of 4 here because I only tried couple sips from just one of their menu while not knowing taste quality of any other menus, and tbh this review’s main purpose is to show this random bird pic enjoying this cafe area on holiday, supported by one gentleman’s generosity."
