Domino's Pizza

"Wish I could lend an opinion on the food but didn't even get to experience that. My partner and I earn a free emergency pizza with points from ordering domino's in the past. Tried to redeem the pizza at THIS location so we ordered and we thought everything was OK and good to go. Got to this domino's location to find our order was canceled without any notification by the time came to pick up and the girl at the counter couldn't explain why. The manager/(possibly owner of this franchise location) then came to us to then tell us that he controls the why his location is ran and can choose to not follow domino's company policies or not instead of an resolutions or middle ground being sought out for about 10 mins. Needless to say we left and went to location on Jerome by the 167 4 train and they were completely the opposite. Helpful and actually grateful to get the business. WILL NEVER EVEN LOOK at this location again as an option to get anything. Ridiculous."

"This location is disgusting. I ordered my mom pizza and pasta from here. I asked the driver could he please go inside the nursing home because my mom is in a wheelchair and leave it at the front desk he flat out said no the person needs to come outside. I told him that’s impossible. He hung up. When I called back he would not answer then he would call back and say is someone coming although I told him he needs to drop it off at the front desk. I called the store and it got worst management is truly disgusting …. One manager said he’s going to call the driver and speak to him … I called back because the driver was still refusing spoke to the assistant manager I had actually put me her and the driver on the 3 way and heard him say he’s not going inside. She said she would talk to him to explain to him … another guy got on the phone and said I just need to cancel my order because the driver is not going inside .. he proceeds to say dominos has a new policy where the drivers don’t go in lobbies. I told him that’s news to me could he email me that policy he continues to say cancel your order and report all you want. JUST WOW. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!"

"Driver you stand at the building door ringing. No following delivery instructions!! I called the store asking to delete tips for the driver and one of the “ managers “ said he was not able to do it because he don’t know. THESE WORKERS REALLY DONT KNOW HOW TO GIVE A NORMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!! Last time I ordered for Dominos, they should closed it down."

"Every time I order from this location, me & my family always get horrible service from the driver. Delivery was late on delivery Driver didn’t deliver my order to my door when it states to use callbox & deliver to door Driver was rude & irritable because I asked him to bring my order to the door My pizza was smashed!!!! & the toppings is on top of the box. What is the purpose of being a delivery driver & not do what your job entails. This is my last time ordering from this location. I want a refund of my order- not another pizza. I work in customer service & this location is by far the worst Dominoes I ever experienced! I gave this store 3 chances & even with a different driver you still get horrible service. "Every Dominos in the area has a 2 star rating and the main complaint is delivery. I visited the store and saw first hand what these people go through. Not making excuses for the workers but what i saw was a high demand for pizza overwhelming 3 employees. I went at midnight on a Tuesday night and the phone was ringing nonstop while online orders were pouring in. 3 employees aren’t enough for that. So when you guys are giving your attitude to these workers for their service i think you should re direct that energy to the corporation if you want a different outcome. They’ve given the franchise a makeover with these new stores but they aren’t supplying them with enough workers to meet the demand. If you want a pizza from this place id say just go get it yourself."
