Café Integral
About the Business
Café Integral, located at 149 Elizabeth Street in New York, offers a unique experience for coffee lovers. Founded in 2012, Café Integral focuses on bringing exceptional Nicaraguan coffees to the forefront of American coffee culture. With a complete vertical integration approach, the company ensures the coffee is carefully handled from shrub husbandry to the perfect brew.
One of their featured producers is Julio Peralta Salomón, who has been cultivating the El Bosque farm since the late 1990s. The farm's wide range of altitudes and unique climate conditions contribute to the exceptional quality of the coffee produced. The San Fernando region, where the farm is located, provides excellent airflow and ideal growing conditions for coffee.
Café Integral works closely with the Peralta family to produce micro-lots of coffee that exceed expectations. Each picking is unique and carefully selected to showcase the best qualities of the coffee. The Santa Maria de Lourdes family farms in San Fernando also contribute to Café Integral's offerings, providing a combination of cooler and warmer climate behaviors in the coffee.
In addition to their delicious coffee, Café Integral also offers gift cards that can be redeemed at their NYC location on Elizabeth Street. Visit Café Integral to discover the latest coffee lots from the 2022 harvest and experience the unique flavors of Nicaraguan coffee.

Reviews
"Hands down my favorite spot in south Manhattan. Their horchata latte gives me life. Pair it with a pão de queijo and it’s automatically a good morning."
"I appreciate that they make their own plant based milks! I ordered the Horchata Latte and I highly recommend it."
"Italian owned, good coffee and some neat shopping, also Mexican Coke in glass can. They have a cola coffee im too afraid to try this time but I’ll bring a friend next time and let them try it for me haha"
"Swift and smooth service. Their baked goods looked good and are mainly sourced from Balthazar bakery. Had an iced nitro brew which was decent. Lovely interior but doesn’t feel cozy if you’re all about that vibe."
"Amazingly delicious Nicaraguan coffee. We drank Affogato. The espresso was one of the best ones we drank in a long while. Small menu of drinks and food but the atmosphere, vibe and qualities apparent. Highly recommended."
