Authentic Aussie coffee (it’s strong! ❤️), flavoursome food that also looks pretty, and they have a bunch of yummy pastries (and Lamingtons) too. "What a complete joke of a place. Waited literally 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food, with minimal check-ins from our waiter. The excuse we got was that Uber-eats orders messed up their “process”. An hour in, we asked if we could just pay for our coffee and leave, and were promised that our order would be the next thing to come out of the kitchen, promptly for the other table waiting with us to get theirs first - at that point it was just laughable Asked for our food to be packed to go, and they covered the sauce in 3 ft of masking tape. We’re genuinely just so confused."

"I love bluestone lane very much and visited this spot more than 10 times. I love the breakfast bowl so much and every time a make 40 minutes walk to this location just to have a brunch and enjoy my favourite food. Unfortunately today I was absolutely disappointed with service and food. The salad leaves were not fresh and I even found several decayed leaves. Besides we were waiting for water around 20 minutes. The waiter forgot about our order and brought us matcha after we reminded about it twice. We also ordered a toast but she also forgot about it. We didn’t eat our breakfast bowls as we were waiting for toasts. But it took half an hour to make them for us. After I told the waitress that my dish is not fresh and I don’t want to eat it, she insisted that it’s okay, that I’m wrong and everything is fresh. Instead of excluding it from the check as I didn’t eat it and left Bluestone Lane being hungry and disappointed. So after this unpleasant service and lack of customer focus I’m not gonna come here again. And that really makes me so sad as I was always recommending this place for all my friends"
