"The best place. I forgot my wallet recently. But my neighbor really wanted a Frappy wappa whippy dingle, and I said I'd get it. Since he gave me a haircut. The Barry Stir said I could have my order in exchange for a magic trick. So, I showed him a magic trick. And he gave me my coffee. But, he said I can't do this every day. Which is fine, because I only know the one trick."

"I went to Starbucks In newcity and the area was fairly clean and the lady at the register was very nice, I was waiting for my drink for 30 minutes! because of the barista making my drink ciara was her name would not stop talking! Mind you the lobby was empty no one in sight I was extremely annoyed and after she handed me my drink she made it incorrectly and by that time I could've have her remake it because I was late to work as long as people like her are working here I don't think I will be coming back."

"I went in two times today because my toddler wanted a treat. The staff is overwhelmed and one of them made a snarky announcement demanding the people waiting be patient because it's a Sunday and it's very busy, plus they were a man down, after another customer inquired about her other food items not received yet. The customer wasn't mad or complaining... just asking, and literally, every other customer was quiet. Then, in earshot of the customers, complaining that they were over whatever cookie drink everyone was ordering. I understand being overwhelmed. I'm a single mom, BUT professionalism is a thing when you choose a customer service job. They need to remember that. Plus, my sandwich was ice cold because they were trying to rush orders, which was worse than actually waiting for my order to be filled."

"Always a pleasure to spend some time here before daily errands. One rule that I’ve learned is to always order on the app atleast 10 minutes ahead on weekdays and 15 on weekends. Outdoor seating is great for small meetings and talk!"

"Excellent service, very fast and no issues. Very clean bathrooms too. The whole facility is very nice; this is definitely one of the best Starbucks locations in the region."
