"I placed an online order on Dec 25th.When I went there to pick up the food,noticed that the store was closed.I called them next day to get cancel the order and get my refund as suggested my credit card company. But unfortunately the staff was rude and directed me to call their corporate office.When I asked forbthe number, they even don't know the corporate office number.Thanks to Google to locate the number.I left a message to the corporate office to resolve the problem. Nothig heard back from them yet.Most probably I need to call my credit card company to get my refund. Such a bad experience.Don't even deserve any star."
