Pizza Hut

"this place is GHETTO. Ratchet unprofessional trash. This is after multiple times of giving them excuses — "maybe it's an off night." It takes anywhere from 7-10 minutes to get spoken to by anyone at the door every single time. All the workers are always blazed out of their minds. Like fine have your fun and be blazed, but at least get my order right. My order is always wrong. ALWAYS. Every. Single. Time. I either have to wait for a new order or go back and get it fixed. It never fails though, it happens every time. This last time they got my order wrong. I walked back and they locked the doors at 11:00pm when the giant sign in front says 2:00am. I was so happy a Hut opened up so close to me, but it's truly just trash. Woof."

"This place opened a year ago but today was my 3rd time ordering. You know, I don’t understand how I can order a pizza, pay for extra cheese but never get the extra cheese. It’s amazing! Not only was there no extra cheese on today’s order, but there was barely any cheese. I don’t get it. The boneless wings have always tasted really good on the other hand. I cannot say that I will never order again from here because I use to really like Pizza Hut but it will be a while. They need to make some changes. I’m noticing that they have a serious PIZZA CRUST problem where there is an outrageous crust to pizza ratio"

"It was horrible. Barely any toppings in my pizza and the crust was overly thick!! I feel robbed. 1980 Amsterdam Ave. not recommended at all!"

"First and last time I will ever order from this location!! Ordered a Large Pan Cheese pizza. After paying I was handed over the box, only to find a medium size pizza inside. When I questioned the sales associate why it was a medium instead of a large (what I paid for) she pretended not understand with a shocked looked on her face. I guess they believe customers don’t know what a large is. Or that the customer will open the box before leaving the store. Take your money elsewhere this place is a ripoff!!"

"Waiting to place an order but there was no one at the check out counter. Waited about 10 minutes and left. While waiting to place an order the young lady preparing the pizza was not wearing any gloves which was a big turn off. Won't be back under these conditions."
