Starbucks

"Every time I come to this Starbucks, the drinks are never right. The baristas are always nice and friendly but the drinks never taste the same as they do from other stores. Not sure if this location is always busier than others (I've never had to wait in line) but it always seems dirty and the garbage pail in front of the store (on the curb) is always overflowing onto the floor. Paying $7 for a drink that doesn't taste right is one of my biggest peeves about Starbucks, in general - it's very inconsistent between locations."

"I had went there with my mom and we got a drink with whipped cream and the cream is rotten and old which made the drink taste disgusting"

"This is what your breakfast sandwich will look like if you order from this Starbucks. Second sandwich in a week so at least they are consistent! Since it's too hard to line up the bottom and top of an English muffin the result is almost all the cheese is gone, it melts fully into the wax paper--then, heat from the uncovered egg steams the bread making it wet and stuck to the paper---a real morning treat. It truly takes a special person to mess up a sandwich that comes premade this badly, but it happened twice so far. Although my dog is happy he got the soggy treat, I won't waste my money at place charging $8 for a coffee drink with people who don't care what they're putting out. Hands down, one of the worst Starbucks in the tristate area."

"I waited 20 minutes on a 4 person line… once I got to the register they told me it would be another 15 minutes to make a specialty drink… 35 minutes to get a cup of coffee ? You guys need to either hire more people or help the current staff with their time management skills because 35 minutes for a cappuccino."

"This Sunday evening, I stopped by to get matcha tea. Only two of the five workers behind the counter assisting customers. I have to wait over 5 min to place my order and then additional 10 min to get my hot matcha latte at room temperature - crazy I won't be visiting this Starbucks again. I felt incredibly let down with this Starbucks."
