"Hello, I am a Doordasher, tonight I went to your branch in Nanuet (between mobile and chili's) to pick up an order that was ready and I was put in a queue of 20 cars and it took me half an hour to pick up the order that was ready, please can you make it easier for those of us who do the beating work in your branches? Also, the woman who took the orders was very indifferent and angry..."

"McDonald’s in general this location and all others have take a deep dive in food quality. See picture of burnt to a crisp chicken deluxe sandwich. It’s been burned every time I ordered it but this time they managed to top themselves. Paid $12 for a meal that needed yo in the trash Last time I’m eating McDonald’s. Take a lesson how to do chicken fro Burger King. Never thought I see the day Burger King being better than McDonald’s"

"So rude. I tell two employees im picking up an order and they just brush me off. One guy tells me to ask one of the women behind the counter, I ask her, she goes "get in the line" and runs off. Really......? I was just in the line. Not the first bad experience here, just do better on the customer service side guys."

"Came in late on Christmas Eve after returning to our hotel from a long day out with family. The food was on point. Like, legitimately great-tasting McDonald’s. Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly enough for how busy the drive-thru was. Would definitely return if in the Nanuet area again."
