"The chicken is generally good, but beware if you get the boneless chicken wings. Some of the pieces are literally the SIZE OF A COIN! See photos. "Loved the chicken, it was very fresh and crispy. I like the sweet chili chicken but I recommend the chicken katsu (photo). When you enter the restaurant, everything was very clean and the workers did a great job sanitizing the area. Customer service here is very good. I recommend this place for people who are interested in Korean chicken!"

"I recently ordered 100 wings for a 20 person party. And I had to ask for plates and napkins which I just assumed would come with such a larger order. Boy was I so wrong. While I asked for plates and napkins when I was in store ---the manager repeated my question so I took as rhetorical and simply left. It was almost like how dare I ask for plates and napkins after ordering 100 wings. The food is decent but the customer service could be so much better. Also, although it says their opened until 9 PM, they close the kitchen at 8:30 PM and stop taking orders so don't be fooled, be sure to get your order in atleast 1 hour before closing or you'll be disappointed. Not a bad price for 100 wings $$ so I'll label them affordable. Give this place a try but lower your expectations as far as customer service."

"UPDATE 6/9/2020 This was a 5 star restaurant, but the corporate office has officially discontinued all Sweet Crunch chicken. The only 2 flavors remaining are Garlic and Spicy, both of which I dislike. The Sweet Crunch chicken was 100% unique and delicious. Nobody has chicken like this anywhere. Now the only 2 flavor options are disappointing and not yummy to me at all. I will be going to KFC and Popeyes from now on until Bonchon brings back Sweet Crunch. Thanks for the memories! It was so yummy while it lasted!! End of update........ Original review: Delicious korean fried chicken! Super friendly employees! Good price and good portion! The flavor of the sweet crunch here is so good! Even better than the Fort Lee location. Pros: Delicious chicken and rice. I had the sweet crunch Plenty of parking Free parking Good prices Good portions Super friendly employees 20 min cook time - very reasonable because they make it fresh. Cons: None! This crazy pandemic lockdown rules prevent sitting and eating inside, and forced to wear a mask. Someday they will stop these crazy rules and everyone will be able to sit and eat like normal people again."
