"Went through the drive thru today and couldn't figure out why the worker was taking so long with my bank card. I checked my bank app when I got home, and she not only charged me for my order, but apparently, someone else's order for $12.50. I'll be disputing with the bank once the pending charge clears, and I won't ever be returning to this location."
"I was driving through and needed to purchase food for myself and my kids. The employees on the drive-through seemed to be very annoyed when ordering. We got our food, and the sprite was actually seltzer water. My daughters sandwich was rotting on the bottom. Very dissatisfied. Called several times to see if they could help, and no one answers the phone."
"Updated 7/30/21: the interior is updated and has a fresh clean and open feel, and there are some changes to promote social distancing so step inside next time and see the improvements. Good for lunch dinner and late night fast food - they are open until 2AM. There is enough parking and seating to handle the volume of business they do, though sometimes there is a bit of a line during peak times. As with other fast food places, you will get priority at the drive-thru line. The burgers are a little better than McDonalds but if you want to step up to a much higher level you'll have to go to 5Guys or SmashBurger. The staff is friendly and the food is up to the usual Wendy's quality."
