"I walked in around 10pm and placed an order for three dinners to go. When I was handed my bag, I looked in and the biscuits were missing, no problem, I asked for them, they gave them to me. When I get home I noticed, my order was not complete. I ordered a fully loaded potato and was given a plain potato wrapped in aluminum foil. When placing my order I asked for steak sauce for the steak dinner, lemon for the fish dinner, ketchup for the fries. They did not give anything for the potato either, on top of not giving me the loaded potato I ordered, no sour cream or butter was given either. I called the restaurant at almost 11pm and was hung up on. We pretty much paid over $100 to eat dry food. The staff needs to stop the chatter among themselves, about three of them at the bar where to go orders are placed, and pay more attention to the service they are providing. When I was there, there was one other person picking up an order. So there was no excuse to give poor service since they were not busy at all. These restaurants are charging more money for meals but quality of food and service is going down hill. You literally have to open everything and check before leaving this restaurant."

"Raise your hand if you're an early eater! I ate lunch at about 12:15, and there were probably just two or three parties in the restaurant. I was seated immediately by the host, and the waitress came by in a quick minute --- shout-out to server Paula. My socials have been bombarded with ads for Red Lobster's "Ultimate Endless Shrimp" --- so I knew I just had to go one of these days. My first round of shrimp were Crispy Dragon Shrimp, Garlic Shrimp Scampi, and Coconut Shrimp. For my two sides I got some DELICIOUS Brussel sprouts, along with the recommendation of the waitress, some orzo rice. As my order was being processed, Paula brought over some warm Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits. Yes there were 6 in there....yes, I ate all of them and asked for a refill. First round came out --- everything was hot + fresh to order. Of the first 3 types of shrimp --- the winner was definitely the garlic shrimp scampi, followed by the coconut shrimp, and surprisingly last (!), were the Crispy Dragon Shrimp. They were - mid -. Second round: Double order of Garlic Shrimp Scampi, and an order of Shrimp Linguini Alfredo. The scampi, again, NEVER FAILS TO SATISFY. The Alfredo --- on the other hand --- was alright. It was fresh, but didn't satisfy me like the other kinds of shrimps available. Service was excellent. Food was fresh, and I was early enough --- atmosphere was 100% pleasant. Would definitely recommend!"

"So, my daughter and I went to this Red Lobster for the $20 endless shrimp. Service was good. First round of shrimp was good. They served the second round of shrimp and there was HAIR on my shrimp skewers. I immediately called the waitress and showed her the hair. And my daughter and I left. Not sure if I will ever go back."

"Hostess sat us down immediately and our waitress was kind and helpful with the tablet to pay. Food temperature could’ve been better but aside from that everything was good. Food arrived fast."

"Came to try the new sauces and was pleasantly surprised sauce was good food was good only complaint portions. Also the crab fries needs something camm barely taste the crab so maybe it should be crab & shrimp fries. The tacos were good too"
