"When we went, the place was rather slow, meaning there weren't that many people, but the food and the service was fabulous! It is rather on the expensive side as far as burger joints go, which is a definite downside when ordering for a family of 4-6 people. Other than that, I would definitely recommend coming here! Try the Mac and Cheese Burger!"

"One of the workers had a real bad attitude! Seemed to hate her job! An older black 45-55 idk? The guy at the cashier counter was extremely friendly and we actually had lil conversation. The food was awesome!"

"Five stars on the Buffalo wings. But you might need to book an overnight stay because they take a while to get to the table. First batch came pretty quick, had to order a second batch because I wasn’t full after six pieces. The next order took at least 20 minutes. Don’t really understand why it took so long there was nobody in the place. Not to mention it was 2 o’clock in the afternoon."

"Party of 3 and 2 kiddies stopped by on Memorial Day evening for a quick bite after being on the road. It was empty, and there was only one person in line ahead of us. How it works: You place your order, pay, take a number, take your drink cup (and fill it), and then have a seat. Your food will be prepared and brought to your table very promptly. The burgers were all made with high-quality beef and very fresh. I have to say they are a little small. Two of the men i was with needed to split another burger to fill up. The fries were piping hot (I recommend the smash fries!), and I couldn't get enough. The chicken tenders were mostly breading, and I had to pick through it to find chicken for my kiddies, so that was disappointing. Otherwise, the restaurant is nice and clean, and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. But there was only 1 employee in the front and a cook, so you can't expect him to keep up. Smashburger was overall a great meal, and we can't wait to be back!"

"Place clean on walk-in half hour after opening, I was craving a burger so I had high hopes for this place. Sorry, guys disappointment. Ordered my food online in front & walked in about 6 minutes after just to look around, but when I said my name, surprise my food was bagged and already sitting in the to-go area. Wow!? that was quick . Anyway grabbed bag. Yes, it felt a little cold, but I ignored it, mistake .. In car driving away (I had to go) I open bag to start on fries ughh cold and tasted old. I couldn't eat them, nor could I turn around. Fingers crossed for burger .. nope as soon as I grab the burger, I feel the chill. Why is this food so cold? , & the burger looked sloppy and unappetizing. I pinched it for taste and it was dry. Now I really wonder if I was given yesterday's food. I couldn't eat this meal at all. What a waste. No, I won't return for another try. The guy behind counter was very nice tho."
