"Food is great. Thing that sucks is when you order online, by the time they bring the food to your car ( place is located inside Newport Mall on the 3rd floor) at times our food has been cold. Since this is the only chick fil a in our area we just deal with it. Theres been times where they would forget to bring down our drinks and we would have to wait another 20 mins for them to go all the way up and all the way back down with them. All in all...i would recommend....its chick fil a lol!"

"I hate that I am doing this but I have to. Customer service has always been top tier but whats happening with food quality?? I keep receiving cold, stale fries that looks like they were made hours ago. Once or twice i let it go but cmon out of every 10 meals only 1 will have good quality"

"They saw us trying to order and they literally stared at us and just did nothing to be helpful. This was absolutely disgusting behavior especially during the holiday times. If you’re not gonna helpful at least be nice to strangers who aren’t being rude or disrespectful. All the workers were standing around doing nothing with herds of people around waiting for their food."

"Staff is nice. While we were standing next to the line in order to get a closer look at the menu board, he offered us to order through his mobile device. Got a set of classic chick-fil-A chicken sandwich and another set of grill chicken sandwich. Grill one taste less guilty yet remain delicious! Nuggets are hot and crispy. A quick and easy meal if you want to have some comfort food."
