"Associate wearing a sweatshirt that says “daddy’s princess” was more interested in her text conversation than working. I placed a mobile order, and she didn’t realize it had come in because she was distracted (this was ten minutes later). I had to pull her away from her phone by calling to her to get my item. She also had air pods in, so I had to repeat myself several times. Unprofessional is an understatement."

"I'm sorry, but very often I have the wrong order. I order online, so everything is marked correctly, but I still get different milk or not the same coffee as I want. I'm tired of constantly coming back and asking for the correct order"

"I recently visited a Dunkin' Donut store in a great area, expecting a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. To start, I received a half-full cup of iced latte (if there was no ice), which was disappointing. Adding to the disappointment was the attitude of the staff inside the store. They were not friendly and displayed a negative attitude, making the visit far from enjoyable. Given the store's location in a nice area and the presence of two other Dunkin' Donut stores nearby, I had hoped for better service and a more welcoming environment. Overall, the combination of the incomplete iced latte and the unfriendly staff made my visit less than satisfactory. Considering the other Dunkin' locations in the area, I believe I might have a better chance of finding better service somewhere else."

"The ladies here used to be nice. Now they don't care. Didn't want to give me creamer packets, didn't give me a lid topper for the coffee. Apparently don't put the coffee liner on right or intentionally put grounds in my cup. Ingested 1/8 of my cup worth. I want my $4 back"
