"Scheduled an order for pickup on my way to work. They gave the order to someone else which is understandable. However, when I ask for a solution to the problem, the employee called out the manager for help. I don't understand who made this in charge of the location ? The guy called me rude as I stated the fact that it was not my fault that my order was given to wrong person. He just walked away like nothing happened."

"Love my hometown but easily the worst Wawa in North Jersey. Gas is always 30 cents higher than the rest of town, I can't remember when I was actually satisfied with ordering food here,(always a sloppy mess)waits usually 20 mins plus for it, half the pumps are always closed, and if your lucky u may witness random out of towners using the parking lot as their personal fight club. Perfect example of how a company fails when they focus on expanding at the expense of quality"
