"I try to visit a Ref store every time when I am visiting New York, I was served quite nicely, especially at the fitting room. Sadly the style + sizing availability in this store is quite limited, most of the size 2s are out ☹️ still very happy to have shopped here though"

"Hour and a half drive to this location to try on dresses for my baby shower while 8 months pregnant. Was told by two separate employees that I couldn’t use the bathroom after trying on dresses and while heading to make my purchase. Decided not to purchase from Reformation for the event because I needed to run/waddle to the nearest establishment that would let me use their bathroom."

"I hated my experience here. They have VERY limited selection (very few things that are currently online) and the service on the flor is terrible. There is only one person who is not knowledgeable or friendly and became a bottle neck to trying things. I was really motivated to try things on and buy something, but left frustrated and empty handed. The woman in the dressing room was kind."

"My favorite Reformation store! I've been to this location a few times and the employees are always very helpful and kind. They asked me what I like about items I tried on and then recommended other items that matched what I wanted, which was really helpful! I've never felt pressured to buy anything there, just like I have a friend listening to what I want and helping me find it. They were also so lovely when I needed to size up in anything and made me feel very beautiful and excited to wear my new dresses!"

"Happy to be able to try reformation clothes on before buying them! I read the reviews before, so I knew to use the touch screen tv to get a dressing room started. The upstairs touch screen was a little janky and wouldn’t take some of my touches, and took a long time to load. I wish I would’ve just went downstairs first. The lady at the cash register was not very friendly and did not explain, so I could see people being super confused. I really feel like there should be a sign or friendlier staff up front. You’d think for the price of these clothes, customer service would be better. There was another lady (worked 7/17 around 5pm) who was super nice and promptly got me a dressing room ready. She helped me find something that wasn’t on the touch screen too! Shout out to her!"
