"I ordered two items 1 scarf which I received but the other item which was a more expensive than the scarf never arrived. I called Marilyn and once you speak to her and you call back she will not answer. She promised I will receive my hut but until now never received it. Totally wrong way to steal people's money. She makes promises she cannot meet. I hope nobody orders from this woman. She will take your money."

"I ordered a coat a week ago and have not heard from the seller about when it is to be shipped. I called and emailed and no response. I guess the seller picks and choose who to they want to respond to, unless the last review is fake. I don't recommend purchasing from this seller."

"I ordered two men’s coats from here and was very pleased with them. Marilyn did a great job with answering all my questions and communicating with me about delivery updates. Coats came a few days later than excepted but it has been this way with all the stores I’ve been shopping at online during this pandemic. I really love my coats and definitely will continue shopping here."

"Website said shipping is 2-5 days and its been almost 2 weeks and they never sent me a confirmation for shipping. They sent me another customers information with a request for a refund but i never put in a request for any refunds. I emailed asking for shipping updates and they take so long to reply back.I will never buy from you guys again."
