"I recently had a highly disappointing and disgusting experience at a restaurant that left me feeling frustrated and disgusted. I had gone to this particular establishment with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be the exact opposite. Upon receiving my order, everything seemed fine until I was shocked and appalled to find a roach in my food. It was an absolutely repulsive sight and left me feeling both disgusted and concerned about the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restaurant. Naturally, I immediately brought this issue to the attention of the manager in hopes of a resolution. To my utter dismay, the manager not only refused to accommodate me in any way but also adamantly denied any responsibility for the incident. It was incredibly disheartening to witness the sheer lack of concern displayed by the manager, who seemed to prioritize protecting the reputation of the restaurant over addressing the issue at hand. Despite my insistence on receiving a refund or a replacement meal, the manager unwaveringly refused to provide any form of compensation. This complete disregard for customer satisfaction only added to my disappointment and frustration. It is deeply unsettling to think that a business would treat its patrons in such a dismissive and unprofessional manner. As a customer, I believe it is imperative for a restaurant to take immediate action when faced with such a serious issue. It is not only about refunding the cost of the meal but also about displaying a genuine concern for the well-being and satisfaction of the customers. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed miserably in this regard. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to other potential diners. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment unless you are willing to risk encountering unclean and unsanitary conditions. The lack of responsibility and refusal to accommodate customer complaints are clear indicators of the overall disregard for customer satisfaction at this restaurant."

"Came here Sunday afternoon 3pm for a meal with the family and the place closed, unbelievable I was blown away."

"I’m leaving this a 3 star because there was a very sweet guys who helped but he looked new and there’s this other girl very short hair (his coworker) who kept giving him attitude and i did not like that. When there’s someone new there has to be patience with each other. I would have given it a 5 star if the girl didn’t do that to the poor guy. I am so sorry to him and hopefully he doesn’t get treated like that anymore"

"Service is very lackluster at this location. They seem understaffed and overworked. No mobile ordering ahead and if you are paying with cash they want exact change. The portions of meat are incredibly small compared to other Chipotle’s (barely a quarter of a spoon!). The chicken was over seasoned, very salty while the steak was a little dry but acceptable."
