"Update: The situation has deteriorated. Despite appearing responsive in their comments below, suggesting quick resolution upon receiving an email, Dyson has not yet acknowledged our email even after five days. We had a very disappointing experience with our new Dyson cordless vacuum. The seal began to detach after only the second use. Additionally, the customer service has been extremely unsatisfactory. They insist on receiving the defective vacuum, along with all its accessories and the base, which we've already installed, before sending a replacement. Typically, companies would send a replacement first, trusting that the customer would return the faulty product. Furthermore, they didn't provide a box for shipping the item back, which means we will be without our expensive vacuum cleaner for at least two weeks. Consequently, we are now seeking a full refund and bitterly regret this purchase."

"I walked in 15 minutes before closing and had two of the friendliest most welcoming staff helping me . They didn’t rush me through and were happy to talk me through all the options/benefits of each product as I debated between the air strait and air wrap. I left confident in my choice of the air wrap and pleased with the whole experience. Also loved the 20 percent discount for trading in an old hair tool- an offer that prompted me to purchase sooner."
