"Buy one get one free Dave’s single for $6.39. Got two plain burgers with nothing on them when I simply asked for no cheese. Should’ve checked the bag before I drive home . Why in the world would anyone order plain burgers dry with nothing on them for $6.39 ? Why is it so hard to simply get what you order."

"The customer service of this establishment is piss poor. From missing items to rude treatment from staff, it is highly advisable to entirely avoid this location if at all possible. Find somewhere else to go as there are more than plenty of other places to receive better food from in a more accurate manner and with better service that does not leave you with a blood pressure that could stand to give one a stroke."

"This Wendy's, on Route 17 South in Rutherford, is a quiet peaceful dining experience. It seems that it is more popular as a drive through, get your food, and be on your way, type of establishment, than as a come in, take a seat , and enjoy your meal place. That's all right with me; it just makes my meal more relaxing. When I arrived, there were about a dozen cars on the drive thru line, and no one on line inside. This didn't matter. I was served quickly, efficiently, and cheerfully. My time was well spent here."
