"The live music was very cute, the singer had a wonderful voice. The service was the good, the food was amazing, the lava cake was to die for!!! The restaurant has nice big portions that will fill you right up, I also had a cappuccino which was delicious. Overall amazing place with a great atmosphere."

"Cool little spot in the heart of the Rutherford circle. It is a byob which is always fun. We started with the salad and bread (both were complimentary). Decent Ceasar dressing for sure! Bread was nice and traditional. We got the mussels as an app. They were cooked really well, and no shells broke into the sauce. Very soupy sauce, but in a good way. For the entre, we got the spaghetti and clams and the shrimp and linguini. Both seafood broths were decent. The clams were okay, but particularly, that day could have been fresher. The shrimp was good but was slightly overcooked. We got espresso to finish, and it was strong and nice. It's definitely worth checking out. Parking is a bit scarce in the area, but you'll find something. Cost wise, it isn't too bad at all. Overall, I give Volares a 3.4 out of 5."
