Paisano's

"Ambiance is great. Our waiter was a bit slow. Food was decent. I got the rice balls as an appetizer and they were outstanding. I got the Cacio e Pepe for dinner, it needed some salt but there was none on the table. I enjoyed my overall experience and will be back."

"Went to Paisano's last night for the first time and it was great. Very nice ambience in the restaurant and it's deceivingly massive. Street parking only, but I've never had an issue finding a spot nearby. We made reservations ahead of time which turned out to be not necessary, but I could see this place being packed on a weekend where reservations would be needed. The food was fantastic, our table seemed to order a little bit of everything! I had the Spiedini and the Oxtail Ragù which were both fantastic, especially the Spiedini. I've had plenty before that are not truly done the right way, but they knock it out of the park here. Our server was nice, but with how dead the restaurant was for a Monday night, he was a bit slow. We do look forward to coming again soon and showing more friends this great restaurant!"

"Service: We were there for the Rutherford dine out event this week around 9 from the hostess all the way to the Busser service was top notch. The hostess gave us a patio table and the ambience was just what my husband and I needed. Our server was friendly and knew what to suggest, he took his time to explain the specials and menu. He and the other staff made sure we were taken care off. Food: -We ordered a basket of the sour bread and it was a crunchy deliciousness. -The octopus was cooked perfectly serve on a bed of veggies with a delicious vinaigrette, I also used this veggies on my sourdough bread and it tasted yummy. (I forgot to take a picture as I was starving lol) -I wanted pasta so I had their homemade pappardelle bolognese and it was top, cooked perfectly, tasty and just the right amount. -My husband had the rib eye steak sweet and dry rub and oh lord let me tell you everything in this dish was so delicious, the steak we order it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly the sauce is a bit spicy but for us is not an issue at all, that’s sauce was everything so are the roasted potatoes. -For dessert we had the apple pie ala mode and again it was yummy. I can say by far this is one of my favorite restaurants in the area."

"The food was absolutely a great surprise. Everything was super tasty and not your typical heaviness when prepared outside of Italy. Very nice spin on traditional dishes and the homemade pasta is worth the trip alone. Server was very nice, offered specials and answered questions. The place is huge and has 3 separate rooms and an outside terrace which we did. It get to experience. We were seated along the pathway so it seemed like a busy area and we definitely felt the hustle. Have heard nothing but great reviews and wanted to try it. We will definitely be back. Cheers!"

"We had the fried calamari , short ribs , ox tail pasta , rib eye , creme brûlée and cappuccino. Short ribs was melting in mouth , oxtail pasta was perfectly flavorful, steak was in sweeter side and the dessert was good as well . Our server Julia was great and the hosting was warm as well. Overall good dining experience. We will come back again !!!!"
