"I’ve eaten here on several occasion to give them a chance but unfortunately at this point I’m extremely disappointed with this establishment. Upon arriving into this establish I was not greeted. It was lunch time and They were not crowded so I’m not understanding why. My husband also was not greeted. After a while he placed his order which was only cheesesteak tater tots. We waited over 30 minutes when initially he said a quick 15 minutes (ok fine). The customer service is not up to par at all. And once we received the food. The order was completely wrong!! Not only that but several of us were waiting 30+ minutes for food that we called in prior to arriving… INCLUDING THE DOORDASH GUY…. If he didn’t have to go back to work I definitely would’ve asked for a refund!"
