"Uncooked pizza crust. Had gotten stuffed crust. Employees were extremely rude, first denied as if I was eating pizza for the first time in my life and don’t know what uncooked dough looks like. I sent proof and in the end was still denied a refund. Save yourself the hassle and get pizza from somewhere else."

"I wish I could give 0 stars. I came in this place to pick up a uber delivery and after a long wait I receive the order which was in 2 containers with no bag. The customer ordered BBQ Wings and the employee at this Papa Johns hands me the two containers with no bag. I asked “theres no bag?” And he hands me a plastic bag. Like I just don’t get it. Very poor customer service and too slow."

"I've never had their food, I've only picked up orders for delivery from them and the customer service is terrible. No one greets you when coming in. People that work there are more interested in their own conversation in the back than anything else that's going on customer wise in their store."

"This company will charge your credit card and than state the charge didnt go through and not make the order you will show them proof of the charge and they will state they can not make the order this the one in Bayonne NJ is a scam DO NOT GO THERE.
