"The food is good, but who cares if the service is lousy! Every time you go it’s like a zoo. There’s no system in place where there’s no caos. The servers are all talking to one another and taking their time without consideration that people are waiting on line. For holidays you have to pre-order and pay in advance and they don’t pick up the phone on the actual pick up day. So in case you need to get in touch with someone regarding your order, you’re out of luck. They let the phone ring or they pick up and hang up on you without answering the call. They’re very unprofessional and disorganized! No customer service at all! Customer service is just TERRIBLE!"

"Where do I begin.... first time I ordered from here the service was pathetic. Every employee there must hate their job because the attitude that was given was so un called for! I paid for my food and left. When I got home the chicken was raw and pink inside and the rice was cold and hard.. So maybe it was a bad day a few weeks later I gave them a second chance and I came in to place an order AGAIN the service was terrible. As I was waiting an HOUR for some already cooked ribs that they just had to put in a to go box I went to use the bathroom as soon as I got in there it smelt like musty Sewar and I saw terrible things in there.. there was mouse poop all behind the overflowing garbage and urine all on the floor. I did not pay for my food I left because of how disgusted I was. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE"

"My experience with this restaurant was awful. Not only did i pay with my hard earned money apparently i paid to get disrespected and hung up on just because my order wasnt ready when i put my order in two days prior which is very unacceptable. I will never buy food from this place because they are disgusting , and rude human beings. Also my food was not prepared properly it was cold and just terrible. I paid almost $100 just to have these people disrespect me and be rude is an awful experience. PLEASE STAY AWAY DONT BUY FROM THIS NASTY RESTUARANT EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Stopped in for takeout today, first time trying. It didn't disappoint. Got the chicharron over mixed rice and beans with pickled red onions. Great snap and chew on the chicharron, a few small bones/cartilage to work around. Rice and beans were seasoned great and not dried out at all. Onions added just enough to cut through some of the fat. I would return. This dish and a can of soda was just under $12. There's tables and chairs for maybe 10-15 people."

"Dominican food very traditional and delicious. They roast the chicken and other meats on site which is great even more. You know the food is fresh made on site. Order by phone too. They have natural juices. The place is actually small around 5 or 6 tables only. So might not find seats around lunch time 12-2 pm. I recommend it and prices are very reasonable $8 or less. Try the desserts trust me dominican sweets are really good after lunch."
