"Coming here is always a decidedly unpleasant experience. The store is either understaffed or the staff is nowhere to be found. When they do appear they are glued to their phones, making it unpleasant to try to catch their attention or they just walk right by you without any recognition. We are already overpaying for a product whose quality does not match the price tag so the least that could happen is an investment in training the store teams to provide a better customer experience."

"Disappointingly stained dresses and a long-drawn-out visit! I'm from the UK, and was excited to find a dress for a wedding I am attending here. Although I only waited ~15mins for the changing room, I noticed some dark stains along the bottom hem of the dress I was given to try. I showed the stains to an employee and asked for a fresh dress. They were friendly, but I was left to wait for around 20 minutes with my partner on the shop floor. The same employee did not seem to chase up the request. I felt like a lingering guest, with nobody checking in, while I waited for a clean version. I was then shown an extremely crinkled, unwearable dress that was "fresh out of the box". The staff member offered to steam it, and I accepted, which led to more avoidable waiting. After paying, I was eager to leave the store after the drawn-out visit. When I got home, I noticed some small snagging on my new $330 dress. While the shop has interesting processes and frills, the quality assurance is poor."

"Brand rating: 5/5 I love how feminine and stylish this brand is! This brand is similar to what you would see the chicest women on NYC and LA streets wearing. Not just that, but this brand focuses a lot on sustainability, including using eco friendly materials. They also treat workers much better than other brands like Zara. Service: 2/5 The people here are not rude, but there is a really long wait either to get in the store or to try on something. If you don’t have time, just buy the garment if you really like it."

"The employees were so helpful and sweet. I waited about 20 mins for a fitting room but that’s expected. Unfortunately, the dress I tried on and wanted to buy was a little ripped on the seam. Overall I had a pleasant experience and I’ll be ordering online. There are way too many reviews from entitled women on here. It’s a small space with limited fitting rooms so you should avoid going on the weekends when everyone is shopping. Expect a wait for the fitting room and have some patience. Best advise is to go early on a weekday."

"Worst experience ever! The changing room system is awful. The employees are rude. I have been shopping at reformation since 2014 but haven’t bought anything recently due to quality issues. I just wanted to stop in to try on one pair of shorts. I got to the changing room and someone else’s shoes were thrown into the changing closet, the shorts had a stain on them and the shirt was in tatters. I requested 5 items and there was only two in the room, they never came to me to tell me the other things were sold out. I had to leave the changing room and flag someone down."
