"We traveled here from Manhattan on the advice of a friend who really knows Greek food, and we are so glad that we did! For a fast casual place, our meal was epic! Off the bat, the pita bread is perhaps the best I’ve ever had: pillowy, tender, flavorful! Next, the salad with spinach, beets, red onion, mandarin oranges, and crumbled feta was perfection; a great combination of fresh flavors. Finally, the meat platter! The pork and chicken kebabs were tender, and delicious. The gyro meat was excellent; perhaps my favorite part of this amazing meal. I’ll stop there as I’m making myself hungry writing this. How I wish they would open a location in the city!!"
"As a vegetarian, it can be so hard to find good, interesting Greek food that isn't just vegetable sides. Finding Souvlaqueria was a joy. They have veggie options, and the service is always wonderful. They have ample indoor dining, as well as a small outdoor dining area. It's pleasant, but it does sit on a highway, so it is not the quietest place to dine, but the people-watching is quite fun. They have multiple veggie "meat" options, and you can customize to your heart's content. I always go for a smart bowl with meatless souvlaki, and the fries are an absolute must, whether you get them as a base or as a topping. The tzatziki is fresh and delicious, the rice is perfection, and the veggies are always fresh and well-seasoned. I also love the Greek drinks they have in the fridge--the mastic lemonade is my new favorite."
"Parking lot is sketchy. Today it is 96° Inside the restaurant felt like 120°! My first time here and probably the last. VERY unfriendly staff except the nice gentleman in the Chef jacket. This place is paying for location as they overcharge for everything. Serving was small, Cucumbers cost .80 they were big chunks and extra tzaziki sauce was $1.50 for a tiny 1oz serving. If they were smart, they would be enthusiastic about patrons coming in and gave the cucumbers and tzaziki sauce no extra charge! Meat was old and dry...it was sitting a while because none wants dry unflavorful chicken. Or to sit in a hot restaurant with no a/c!!! Personally I think the reviews are paid for...My curiosity was disappointed as I had such high hopes for a great tasting lunch...instead I realized I have to make my own good food and as such My quest continues for good Greek food...Ompa! Follow up...I had "chicken crumbs" not chicken pieces. I made my own tzatziki sauce...it took all of 10 minutes and made my sandwich taste 200% better and no I am not greek....their sauce is old and questionable."
"Great food, reasonable price, excellent customer service and the overall atmosphere is cozy and friendly. Had a bowl with lamb/beef, yellow rice and veggies and it was very tasty. Have been here a few times and have been impressed with the food each time. There's indoor and outdoor seating, hot food options, ice cream (with Greek flavor options which is cool), and a small grocery section where you can buy Greek food/drink products. They also offer coffee drinks and desserts. Great place for adults and children with lots of options. Would recommend."
"I enjoyed everything about this place. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted in a very friendly manner. The owner very kindly took the time to answer all of our questions, since it was our first time there. She made recommendations that were right on the money because I had the most delicious salad. "Nona's vinaigrette" was full of fresh and delicious ingredients. There are many other options such as gyros and bowls that allow you to choose what you prefer. I would definitely return and I highly recommend it."
