"I'm not the biggest fan of national chains, but the ambiance here feels very chill. We weren't rushed thru our meal which I greatly appreciate. The food wasn't drenched in salt like typical chain restaurant food. And the service was AMAZING. Jordan was professional yet personable & warm. He really took care of us like we were family. He made us feel important. I see him being promoted to management soon. We'll be back."

"This location does not seem to be properly managed. Very poor service waiting 10-15 just to flag someone down to take our order with waiters/waitresses passing us beforehand. This place was not busy at all and there was more than enough staff. Tables were not cleared at all during our whole stay. Our utensils were knocked over by the waitress and were never replaced until we had to ask. More waiting to say “excuse me” multiple times to ask for containers. The self service tablet should have been made available at the table from the beginning, instead of when paying at the end. Did not even deserve to be tipped for the lack of service. This evening out was supposed to be for our daughter’s birthday, but we couldn’t fathom waiting even longer to request for dessert and a little celebration. Upon leaving, the outside isn’t maintained at all. Outdoor lighting fixtures are broken, knocked over, and not lit up. On a brighter note, the food was good."

"Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits 10/10 ! That’s what we come here for ! The fried calamari is 7.5 I liked it ! The Salmon , Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad is good 6.5/10 only because they drenched my salad in massive Caesar dressing next time I’ll get it on the side ! But this is a good red lobster to head over too if ya wanna get something quick"

"We are from Pennsylvania and stayed in New Jersey for a night. We were craving the endless Shrimp so I went online and found this Red Lobster that was close to our hotel. They were on a short wait when we got there, but it went quickly. We were seated and within minutes our server was there asking for drinks. She quickly came back and got our order. She was very friendly. Our appetizer came out fast and was delicious! We were served our food by someone else, which is no big deal. He was friendly also and asked if we needed anything else and took our dirty plates. We had multiple drinks refilled without having to ask for them. All the food was delicious and came out quickly. We had a great first experience there."
