"I have a issue I need addressed right away because I am about to call #abc7onyourside. My husband and I came and purchased a Samsung refrigerator 3 weeks ago. Everything was ok for delivery 2 days after. I made all my preparations and waited all day for the delivery, no one called or showed up, when I called customer service, it kept saying delivery is on its way. I called out from my job because I didn't know if they were still coming. No one showed up. No one called or anything. Anyway, I got through to customer service the next day and they filed a complaint. Later that day, someone called me from the store and said he doesn't know what is going on with the order but he would call me back, he never did. I asked for a refund more than a week ago and up to this point, still no refund. This is so unprofessional and such an unpleasant experience. I didn't know this is how they treat customers poorly. Can i just get my refund, thats all i need.Don't post something nice on here for the public to see because you know we can't reply, cause that's what these companies do and quite often, nothing they say is being done. I just need my money back. I had bought the Samsung 25c mega capacity."
"Coming with a huge project idea, the pro specialists in the place knew exactly how to help and made sure the best deal will be given. Very informed about everything, they didn't try to shove things we don't need in our faces and got us to take cheaper items that would serve us better. Thank you particularly to Vincent, who helped so much."
"I was shopping water supply tubing for one of our kitchen machines. We needed the tubing with 1/8" OD. Last week I visited this Lowe's store and got helps from its associates. At the entrance, I checked with its customer service desk and was told the tubing session was at the upper left corner. However, at the corner, I was confused by all the types of tubing, such as rubber tubing, silicon tubing, and PT tubing, etc. The associate Tony working there did me a big help by quick introducing the main usages of different tubing. Unfortunately he mentioned the type of tubing that I wanted can't be found in this store, but he pointed me a list of tubing specialty websites to get it. That's a big help! I ordered the tubing from one of the websites and fixed the broken machine. I was impressed by Tony's knowledge on tubing. Thanks!"
"Visited Lowe's for paint assistance, but despite multiple requests, the customer service was unresponsive. Waited over 10 minutes with no help, and even when expressing frustration, no assistance came. The indifference of the customer service team, witnessing my distress, was particularly disappointing. This experience raises concerns about Lowe's commitment to customer satisfaction and leaves me questioning the value they place on their customers. Improvement in service is urgently needed for a more positive shopping experience."
"On November 30, 2023, around 5:45 PM EST, I visited Lowe's with the intention of renting a vehicle for an hour. Initially, I noticed a long line at customer service and assumed the pro desk, where you rent tools, was the right place to rent a car. Unfortunately, no one was at the pro tools desk, so I had to return to customer service. I asked someone if customer service was the right place, and they confirmed it. After waiting for 10-15 minutes at customer service, I was finally called to the counter. However, the staff member told me they couldn't honor my request because it was after 6 PM. I explained that I had waited for a while to get help, and she reluctantly decided to assist me. The trouble continued when I provided my digital insurance card on my phone, which the staff member didn't like. I mentioned that I use it at places like Home Depot, and she responded with a dismissive "then why don't you go to Home Depot then?" She then began assisting another customer while I was still standing in front of her, citing her attempts to help me, but I wasn't ready for her assistance. It was clear she was overworked, and other team members had the opportunity to help at the service counter but were seen chatting and flirting by the checkout areas. This, I believe, affected the overall customer experience. Realizing I wouldn't get the help I needed, I called Home Depot, and they assured me they could assist as long as I arrived before 10 PM. The contrast was remarkable; they were fully staffed, ready to help, and accepted my digital insurance card via Google Pay. To improve Lowe's customer experience, I have three suggestions: Embrace digital options for convenience. Hire more staff and ensure they can handle various tasks to meet customer needs. Prioritize staff training in courtesy and flexibility instead of directing customers to competitors with a smug attitude."
