"I have had only good experience in this store. I came in to change my iPhone’s battery and noticed i booked my appointment at a different location and came to this store by mistake. The person I talked to was very helpful and helped find an appointment slot immediately and the person addressing my battery replacement even provided me with a charger for my iPad as i wait to get my phone serviced. Highly recommend this location for a good customer experience."
"Went to get an iPad and the sales person seemed really fed up and over it. The lady we had first spoken too was actually really kind, it sucks that this interaction was ruined by an employee that clearly didn’t care about his job. Asked questions and was basically told if I need time to think he’ll leave us alone to basically figure it out on my own. So unless you 100% know what you want don’t talk to an associate or else they will make you feel like you are wasting their time."
"I just came to return an item and I didn’t have a receipt. They were able to look up what I purchased and return it no problem. They were very helpful. I even had an issue with my ultra watch too with the band, they were able to help me correct the issue I was having, it was a very nice experience."

"Had an appointment at the Genius Bar. Met with Deborah who at first was very courteous and professional, I expressed my concerns (6 month old top of the line iPhone not charging) she resets my phone, deleting all my apps and data, claims it’s “fixed” because she was able to get it to show as charging for a few minutes and closed my case. I walk to my car and my phone immediately does not charge with any of the cables I have. I walk back into Apple, she’s extremely rude and dismissive, refuses to hear my concerns that this is a physical defect with the charge port and instead insists upon it being software. Another “genius” comes over and reiterates everything she says. 0/10 customer service experience and I’m going to trade in my iPhone at Verizon for an android. Terrible company, terrible brand, terrible products."
