"Awful enchiladas. I’m sorry, but this string cheese wrapped in a tortilla, with enchiladas fixings and sauce just thrown on top… are not enchiladas. I understand takeout enchiladas can get soggy. But string cheese wrapped in a tortilla, is not an enchilada."

"I was googling around to find very specific tacos, and I came across La Mixteca and that they made these delicious tacos. Their Birria tacos BLEW my mind. I almost cried from happiness. I highly recommend visiting them and ordering their tacos. Also from my picture, you can see a decent amount of cilantro on there. I am not typically a fan of cilantro but I went with it for the purpose of the flavors and how it was supposed to taste — the cilantro did NOT overpower the flavor of the meat and the consommé. I barely even tasted it which again- blew my mind. Go get these tacos!"
