"Instead of throwing away my stuff I decided to drop it off. Instead of saying " thank you" I'm told next time it needs to be sorted. Don't worry, there will probably not be a next time. PS it was all clothes except 1 pair of sneakers on the bottom of the bag. Plenty of other donation boxes to dump it next time without the attitude."

"Called the 800 number to find out what they take for donations. Nice lady told me what I needed to know. Gave her zip code for store location. She tells me I can drop off Monday - Friday after 10 a.m. Loaded up the truck with all almost new items. Get to the store and they tell us no Monday donations, go see the manager. The manager couldn’t have been ruder if she tried. She was so short and nasty to us. Last time I’ll ever try to donate to them."

"Love the salvation army it's come a long way from what it used to be. Don't be too high class to shop here I've gotten so many brand name beautiful lightly worn clothes from there. Hollisters forever 21 Ann Taylor loft n so on etc. Pay top prices if u choose but anything's better the paying full price for anything. The children's section is great as well"

"I drove 20 minutes out of my way to stop here on my way home and was basically refused entry at 5:50pm. Hours listed here are until 7pm daily, but apparently they are “wrong” & “not their problem”. I asked nicely 3 times to look quickly as there were still 10 minutes left and a line of people and finally the woman in charge gave me “2 minutes” like I was ruining her life. She even told another employee to “watch me”. I couldn’t even look for the one item that I was looking for as I was so uncomfortable. What a bad experience. Hopefully they update their hours, but they said it’s been wrong for apparently a long time."

"Have been shopping here for many years. The staff is always pleasant to me, not sure what other reviews are talking about? I hear a lot of customers being rude to them all of the time! They work very hard and they don't set the prices, just doing their jobs! Prices have dramatically increased in the past year on everything though, some things still worth it, but a lot are not. Still love coming here and browsing you never know what you will find! It's fun!"
