"Had a great dinner here while visiting this week. Rachel, our server, was outstanding and went over and above for us. Chicken and Waffles with Bourbon Maple Syrup was phenomenal. My wife (the true Southern) loved the shrimp-and-grits and the mac-n-cheese was the real deal. We are coming back next time we are in town."

"We come here frequently for brunch on the weekends. Olive the bartender suggested the Gin and Tonic flight which was delicious. I had the lunch portion of the chicken and waffles. My husband had the club. Both were great. The chicken is always hot and cooked to perfection. We highly recommend Hatch!"

"We were traveling to see a concert in the area so on the road we were looking at menus to figure out where we would go. Hatch had the best looking menu. There menu prices on maps said their prices were $10-20 a person even though the $10 prices were only available at lunchtime and it was dinner time when we ordered. The service was good, the food was okay. We had the Chocolate Chip Sammy which was very good. The ribs, also very good, sauce had a little spice to it. The Hatch- pimento cheese on the sandwich was good but there was no sauce in the sandwich and the only sauce that was served with it was very spicy. The Heat was okay, good heat, chicken was a little over cooked and hard around the edges-served with straight buffalo sauce in a cup, the bread was not a true brioche bun and was tough."
