"My sister and I went in this morning and ordered 12 of the cinnamon raisin biscuits for our family. From the moment the cashier told the people in the kitchen our order and until we finally left, they complained. Very loudly. “You’ve got to be kidding me.” “That’s ridiculous.” “Who orders that many?” I appreciate customer service workers immensely and they do not have an easy job, but this morning was absolutely unacceptable and uncalled for. Get a new job if you’re that unhappy and stop taking it out on others. If making those biscuits is the worst thing that happened to you today, be grateful. You have no clue what someone could be going through, do better."

"10:45 no biscuits. WTH. Wanted to know if I wanted chicken tenders instead. Called spoke with manager. She only said sorry. You could tell by her voice she could care less. They are many other restaurants that serves breakfast. Don't ruin the only business you have at breakfast."

"Used to be my favorite breakfast. This morning was the worst experience I've ever had at the Colonial Heights Hardee's drive thru. The lady taking the order didn't turn off the speaker when she was talking to coworkers, making it difficult to know if she was taking my order. She also sounded sick. The cashier was not friendly at all. When I got to the window, she asked what I had ordered. I told her I ordered 2 steak biscuits, and she told me the total. A lady came to the cashier with a bag with a biscuit and gravy in it. The cashier told the lady that she needed 2 steak biscuits to which the lady replied that 2 steak biscuits hadn't been ordered. She went to the back and came back with 2 biscuits, and the cashier shoved the bag at me and said, "Here." When I unwrapped our biscuits after getting home, they were in a different wrapper than what I'm used to and the meat was shaped differently than a steak biscuit. Upon biting into it, I discovered it was a chicken biscuit. It wasn't bad, but I really, really wanted a steak biscuit. And when I looked at the receipt, it was for a biscuit and gravy. This is the only poor review I've ever left. I won't go back to Hardee's for at least a year, to give this crew time to cycle out of the system."

"The food can be good "if" they provide the food that you ordered. We eat at the restaurant a few times per month, and it's okay if we get coupons, but we wouldn't eat there at full price due to the sluggish service, sticky tables, and messed up orders. Just ensure that you check your order and eat at home - then you'll be good. I'll attach a picture of my "super star", I ordered and paid for 2 super star burgers, but we got 2 cold "famous stars". Not cool."
