"Drive through. Food tasted really bad of old oil and fries really overcooked. Chicken sandwich was old oil tasting. Couldn't finish it. Also asked for no ice.. received a cup full of ice. No sauce nor ketchup like I asked. First Wendy's I ever went to that I haven't liked the food."

"Good food and outstanding customer service! Coming from someone who works in the fast food industry. It was nice to be greeted with a genuine smile. The employees were super nice and I even spoke with the manager to pass on the good vibes! Good jobs night crew! Keep it up! Thank you again!!!"

"Its quite remarkable how bad this location has been for years. It feels like the hiring manager here is purposefully sabotaging the store by repeatedly hiring the worst employees ever. Regardless of how many new faces you see its always incorrect orders, drive thru that barely responds or straight up cold terrible food. Its just a disaster regardless of time of day. The training here must be non-existent to maintain what has been years worth of poor service."

"If I could give no starts I would. Gave us random food that we didn’t order which we didn’t realize until getting home with the order. The food we got wasn’t even cooked it was raw. The man clearly was on drugs, couldn’t even fill up the drink and was spilling everything. Tried to argue with me over the items I didn’t get telling me I was wrong. Then had to check my bag and put his hands all over the random food he did give me. The night manager was rude and disrespectful when I called. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Worst experience we’ve had at Wendy’s."

"This is a picture of the GM's car, where it's been parked for 2 days in the morning, pretty amazing that the general manager can't even have enough sense not to park right in the Drive-Thru. I'm sure there will be a dozen excuses made why they're perfectly Justified to park in the Drive-Thru... this is the world we live in"
