"Received small plants, which is a good thing, that were at the best possible stage for acclimating to my garden. They had obviously been hardened off to take the journey and transition, and came through after acclimating with flying colors. All did well and the artichokes exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend."
"I ordered 5 plants. The delivery person handled my package roughly and everything inside was a jumble. A testament to the health and quality of their plants is that 4 of the 5 made it through and are thriving. One was damaged to the point where its survival is very questionable. I contacted customer service with photos and they were amazing. They refunded the cost of the damaged plant within 30 minutes of my initial email. I cannont say enough good things about this company."
"Been ordering for 3 years now and have never been disappointed. I had a group of plants get lost in the mail right as I was going on vacation. Poor things sat in a box being bounced all around the country then in a dark hot UPS shipping warehouse. Ten days after they were supposed to arrive I finally got them home and out of the box. A couple days of sun and water and all perked right up. I’m still shocked none died - but I think it speaks to the quality you get from the Growers Exchange."
"I waited for several weeks to receive one cilantro and 2 stevia plants. When they arrived, the stevia plant leaves were dried and the plants looked borderline dead. The cilantro looked like it would be ok. I followed their directions to replant and acclimate them. Stevia plants died and cilantro will make it. OK--so I have learned my lesson that it's probably best to try growing plants from seeds or find healthy plants locally. What I'm most upset about is lack of response from Grower's Exchange. I sent emails from my personal email account and their system on the website and I also left a voice mail. I'm generally not one to gripe, but I feel I've been ignored."
"I just received my plants. I cannot say enough about them! They were packaged beautifully, and they were hearty and robust - absolutely ready to be put right into my herb planter. I am one of those folks that is not easily impressed, but that was not the case with this shipment. I truly believe that anyone that would like to have an herb garden should contact The Growers Exchange. They WILL NOT be disappointed!!! Thank you very much."
