Edible Arrangements

"I don’t know if it’s the area of Edible Arrangements in general but they have horrible customer service. I had an order placed for my mom’s birthday and it was never delivered. I had to fight with them to get my money back. They tried to gaslight me and say it was. They also never ever answer the phone, you have to physically go in there to speak with someone. Please please please do not give them your hard earned money."

"Delivery driver lacks the common sense and directional knowledge to look around at house numbers instead of completely relying on whatever navigation system they use. Instead of simply looking across the street, they sat at an empty lot and then left. I’m currently handicapped and not chasing a truck down. Business not answering phone and not sure when/if my call will be returned."

"PLEASE, do not order from them. Do a pick-up order, NOT DELIVERY! If I could give them a ZERO, I would. I placed a order the day before and it was designed to surprise my Mother for her Birthday. In the delivery notes, I requested to have the items delivered by 11 AM, since she was a school teacher and she would be able to receive them during lunch time. I called to confirm that they would send it in time . . . they said that the driver was on his way to delivery it to her. The NEVER up on the hours I has asked. I called again at 2 PM, to inform them that the school would be closing and they should just delivery is tomorrow, if they can. The young lady made notes, but it was too late. They made the delivery after hours, when all staff members were gone, excluding the secretary. My mother walked into school the next day her her fruit was ruin. I WILL NEVER TRUST THEM WITH THIS TYPE OF SPECIAL OCCASION. I was never able to cancel the order nor received a refund. I had to spend money on another item at a different location."

"Completely unprofessional facility and employee. My mother ordered Edible Arrangements for me for my birthday. The delivery driver showed my fiancé the receipt on her phone with my name on it but gave him the wrong order. By the time we realized it she had already left. I tried calling the store three times in which no one answered. My mother finally got a hold of someone and she said the lady Stephanie was unprofessional and didn’t seem to know what she was doing and she kept dropping the phone every time she put her on hold. I am still waiting for my package to arrive since they came back and I was not at home due to having birthday events planned. This has really put a damper on my day. I am currently supposed to be going out to dinner with my family but yet I am waiting for an hour on a package to be delivered that should have been checked when it arrived the first time. I am usually an understanding and patient person but no one has yet to apologize for the inconvenience of today’s events! Update: Finally got my correct package. The delivery driver was nonchalant and told me my name was on both packages and I told her no it wasn’t, hence the reason why we went through all that drama. She basically told me oh well and to just keep both packages. Then my mother called the store manager Stephanie and told her how unhappy we were with the service and she gave a dry apology. Instead of offering a refund or a discount my mother had to ask for it. Overall, terrible experience and customer service. Will never deal with them again!"
