"Delivered flowers for a funeral a week before the requested date. Then, after I re-ordered for the next week, they left the recipient of the arrangement a very rude voicemail saying if they didn’t call them back in the next 20 minutes they wouldn’t get their arrangement. That was the only communication we received about the arrangement whatsoever. The recipient was at the viewing of his mother who passed away at the time, so did not receive the call, and thus, did not receive the arrangement. Never had a more difficult experience trying to get flowers delivered to someone, would not recommend."
