"The 2 stars are for the supporting staff/pharmacy techs and generally anyone that's not Erica M. McCarter (pharmacist) and definitely not Mary Lou A. Harris, the supposed P-I-C. Please be aware that fill-Ins or other staff may have given covid vaccines and improperly followed up with registration/records. So if you lose a vaccination card or need proof of vaccination, you may be told "there's no record of it, sorry" or "come back in two weeks" or "we could give you a THIRD vaccine shot", all of which are either dismissive, wasteful, negligent or all three. Management needs an evaluation, perhaps just like this Walmart Store itself as of late."
