"This is a very good pharmacy with a great staff. I have started moving all my prescriptions there, as they are always friendly and treat me like a customer. Another great thing is that they will actually answer their telephone if you need to talk to them. Open 24/7 !"

"This has to be the worse pharmacy for miles. First you have to find somewhere to park to walk in to get your prescription. Then you have to wait in line for what seems like forever while 1 person is at the windows answering all the questions and rings up the prescriptions. Oh let’s not forget the thick plexiglass where they ask you a few times for your name and date of birth loudly because they can’t ever hear what you tell them. So now everyone around you knows your name and DOB. No HIPPA here for sure. I had my prescriptions moved from here for this reason. So unfortunately my usual pharmacy didn’t have the medication I needed and neither did any of there other local pharmacy’s. So I called asked them if they had the medication and could filll it. Took all my information and said I’ll have the pharmacist call and get the prescription transferred to us. I called 3 hours later and the girl who answered said give them 24 hours for a prescription transfer!! I said really? She then tells me they don’t have a transfer in progress for me. If my pharmacy is out of anything again I’ll call every pharmacy in the area before EVER calling them again. The “largest” hospital in the area and they can’t run a pharmacy.."

"The Lewis Gale ER wanted me to get my son prescriptions asap. It was 1am when I was sent to this pharmacy and was informed they close for lunch until 1:30am. I asked them to just send it over to my Kroger but she told me she couldn't because Kroger was closed however calling back to the ER and they resent them to Kroger. I called to this pharmacy to make sure they do not fill the prescriptions because I had it sent to my pharmacy the female had an attitude with me about it and said fine I'll tell my pharmacist and slammed the phone down. I never had a good experience with Carilion . I tried to leave the hospital when Lewis Gale sent me there in preterm labor. The females, it's the female staff always have a problem with respect maybe it's all about racism which explains all the former lawsuits. Hate ,jealousy or just hate their own jobs and lives I do not know but the middle aged females working there have chips on their shoulders and that's how it's been for years. I hate the place. Dread going. Stay away if you can ."
