"Even though a patient had a provable medical need that the trained pharmacist could have recognized and assisted with the staff and pharmacist demanded an ID the patient did not have with them. They cited policy. Clearly the policy was more important than the person. Clearly following the policy and not being inconvenienced was more important to the pharmacist than helping the patient with an obvious medical need."

"Lazy rude and unprofessional. The lady who answered the phone when I called to check on the status of my husband's rx was so rude and disrespectful for no reason.. The rx was called in by his doctor early that morning but by 5:00 pm it was still not ready. Instead of apologizing and filling his prescription, she said that it would not be today because she was about to get off of work and did not have time to talk to me because she was trying to get other customers prescription ready who were much more important than his. Then the next day when the rx was finally ready, she attempted to overcharge me. Then when we got home and looked at the bottle, SHE GAVE US THE WRONG MEDICINE! When I went to return the medication, she accused me of stealing the meds that she had sold me in the first place. Never will I ever do business here again. This place is a joke."

"Do not expect prompt service. Had to come back two days in a row to pick up a simple med, and still was not ready. Was told they had to let people go. Unprofessional. Will be transferring my script elsewhere! Long lines , no accountability."

"Years ago I stopped using Walmart Pharmacy because there was always some sort of problem. Yesterday my Dr accidentally sent a script to this pharmacy and again there was a problem. They had already charge my insurance and I could not get the script because they had no applicator for the medicine. I hate Walmart anyway and this just adds to the list of reasons."
